Finding the flow of enlightenment through movement and breath. Megan Morse Jans is a Prana Vinyasa yoga instructor working toward a 200hr certification through Shiva Rae. Having practiced yoga for the past five years, Megan decided to make the leap to teacher and began teacher training this past January with Shiva Rae’s program.

Private Instruction:
Each 1 hr. private yoga session is specifically tailored to your specific needs and includes:
Opening Movement Meditation
Namaskar (Sun/Moon Salutation)
Personalized Asana Practice designed to specifically suit your needs
10 minute relaxation (Savasana) with optional Aroma Therapy
This is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in yoga but not ready to take a public class, or for anyone who is interested in establishing/deepening a home practice. Private lessons are held either in my home or yours!
Rates: Single $50.00/hr
Duets: $65.00/hr
(Discount available for booking multiple lessons!!! Any cancellations must be made 24 hrs in advance to avoid a no show fee of $35.00 per person.)
